News Detail » New Kit Unveiled For SAFA Representative Team

Last week, the Scottish Amateur FA Select took delivery of new Home and Away kits as part of an exciting new sponsorship arrangement with Kappa and Only Sport, the Association’s main sponsor.

The sponsors are providing full match day and training kits both for the Select playing squad and its Management and Coaching staff.

SAFA International Committee Chairman, David Ramage, accompanied by Select Kit Manager, Joe Walker, visited Only Sport’s HQ at Hillington for the official handover and reveal of the new kit. Ian McCallum, Only Sport Managing Director, was delighted to make the presentation as part of his ongoing commitment to both the Scottish Amateur FA and all grassroots football.

Our picture shows Ian (on the left) and David standing either side of the bespoke Kappa Home and Away kits. Both kits have retained the traditional colours used by the Select. The Navy Home kit, with Red trim, bears a highly attractive shadow Lion Rampant - also a striking feature of the Yellow Away strip.

The new kits will have their first outing towards the end of February when the Select holds its next training session and hopefully plays its first friendly match of the season.
