» About Westhill AFC (AAFA)

Westhill FC was formed through the late stages of 2008 and right through to July 2009 when the club was accepted to the AAFA!

The club was formed by Clark Milton. The club was created as Clark wanted to create a successful and very well run club, which he, the players and the community would become very proud to be connected with.

The club is very close knit and has a huge community spirit about it as every player except one lives in Westhill, with the one that doesn’t working in Westhill. The club prides itself in having a very young and talented group of players who all take pride in wearing the Westhill FC jersey, a reputation doesn’t earn you that privilege.

Westhill FC plays its home matches at Westdyke Leisure Centre and is managed by Jon Gillies, a fantastic player with great experience in football that has a passion for seeing young boys fulfil their potential and seeing the club succeed.  This is Jon’s first stint as being a manager and he has impressed everyone and has been magnificent for the club on every level since it began!

The club is tremendously supported by its main sponsors The Key West and Pirie-McCann Marine Services Ltd and also receives fantastic support from the locals of the town, both financial and physical, which is at the core of the club and why we strive to do well.

Westhill FC aims to be recognised as a great club that is well respected by everyone, and it always strives to entertain by playing excellent passing football.  The club also wants to see young people from the town who have ability to come to the club and develop under a great system.
